• Starwood
• IHG
• Hilton
• TUI Hotels Group ( Iberotel Interantional & Sarıville Turizm A.Ş.)

Experienced in Hotel Management and Project Development.
Founder of T&T Consulting in Germany in 1994.
Founder of Thiele Turizm Danismanlık Ltd. in Turkey in 2004.
Founder of Hotel Development Partner LLC, USA in 2015.
Mr. Thiele is living in Germany and the United States of America
